State of Georgia v. J.C.: A Gwinnett County jury found J.C. Not Guilty of Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault & Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
05-20-2014
United States of America v. C.C.: After C.C. admitted to violating the terms of his supervised release from federal custody in the Southern District of Georgia, Attorney Trey Hicks convinced the Court to remand C.C. to jail for only one day. This was a deviation from the Probation Officer's recommendation as well as the Federal Sentencing guidelines which mandated two years to serve on the violation.
